Hey Maryse,
I’m looking for a book that I read the review of but forgot to add to wishlist. I’ll try to write what I remember of the review.
The heroine was in relationship with the hero and they were about to get married but Hero’s mother is against it. She tries to pay the heroine to stay away. The heroine breaks off their relationship and the hero marries another.
The heroine was also pregnant when she left but she miscarries.
Hero later arrives in her life for revenge.
